Some brands have wellness policies

We have ice cream outside the office policies.

Sometimes the best team meetings happen with sticky fingers, laughter and zero agenda. Mental health doesn’t always need candles and breathing exercises. Sometimes it just needs sugar, fresh air and permission to be human (or canine!).

We start at 10am.
Not because we’re lazy.
Because we’re honest.

We avoid rush-hour traffic, cut our environmental footprint, and protect our collective sanity. Also… none of us are morning people. Pretending otherwise feels like corporate fiction.

Productivity doesn’t come from suffering. It comes from working with your nervous system, not against it.

Mental health at work isn’t about being calm all the time.
It’s about not being scared to be real.

Laughing too loudly.
Eating ice cream when it’s cold.
Admitting you need ten minutes before your brain switches on.

That’s not unprofessional.
That’s sustainable.

Some teams bond over strategy days.
We bond over bad moods turning into laughter and “should we get snacks?” becoming the best decision of the day.

Mental health doesn’t have to look serious to be serious.

We don’t do toxic productivity.
We do functional chaos, mutual respect, late starts, and honest energy.

And somehow… everything still gets done.
