Welcome to the Arctic Bee Franchise Operations Manual. This Manual is your essential guide to running an Arctic Bee franchise to the standards, quality and consistency expected across our network. It sets out the day-to-day operational methods, brand requirements, service processes and compliance obligations that apply to every authorised franchisee.
Before trading as an Arctic Bee franchisee, you must complete the entire Operations Manual course in full. This includes reading all sections, watching any training videos, completing any required quizzes and submitting your final acknowledgement.
You must not begin delivering services, marketing to clients or operating under the Arctic Bee brand until the manual is completed. Completion of the manual is a mandatory requirement for activating your franchise and forms part of your operational training.
Your progress will be tracked digitally through Masteriyo. Once all lessons are complete, you will be asked to confirm that you have understood and agree to follow the processes, standards and requirements set out in the manual.
The purpose of this Manual is to ensure that the Arctic Bee brand is delivered consistently, professionally and safely in every territory. By following the practices described here, you will be able to provide a reliable, high-quality service to your clients while protecting the reputation, intellectual property and operational standards of the wider Arctic Bee organisation.
This Manual should be read alongside your Franchise Agreement, which is the legally binding document governing your relationship with Arctic Bee Ltd. Where there is any conflict between this Manual and the Franchise Agreement, the Franchise Agreement will take priority. The Manual provides the practical, “on-the-ground” framework that supports the commitments set out in your Agreement.
Digital marketing evolves rapidly, and our processes and systems will evolve with it. For this reason, the Manual may be updated, revised or expanded from time to time. You will be notified of any changes and are required to implement them within the timescales provided. Keeping up to date with operational changes is a key responsibility of every franchisee.
This Manual is for you and any authorised staff or contractors who work within your franchise. It must be kept securely, used regularly, and followed carefully. By doing so, you help maintain a strong, unified brand that benefits every franchisee in the network.
